Caroline works on improving her client’s relationship with food, while being able to maintain a balance of food enjoyment and health. Caroline has helped hundreds of women over the years and her methods are tried and tested.

Along with Caroline’s home live workouts, including a large library of workouts, you also have access to Pilates and Barre with Amy and Yoga and Meditation with Kate. I will also customise your very own training programme for the Gym or additional home workouts.
All exercises are filmed to demonstrate how to perform them correctly plus instructions. You can keep track to make sure you are progressively overloading.

Your program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalised program!
Yes, the reason I have chosen to do this is so you can progress as maintenance is so important. Your meal plan changes each month, to give you fresh options. You are not tied into any long contract; you can cancel anytime.
Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.
We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.
The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalised program. Chose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
Caroline’s live workouts, the Pilates and the Yoga classes are all tailored for every level, giving modifications for all fitness levels.
Your workouts will remain the same, as we want to progressively overload your muscles, but Caroline has provided instructions on how she wants you to progress. The Meal plan however, changes every 4 weeks.
Caroline’s home workouts change each week and there are new Pilates and Yoga videos to look forward to also.

Lack of Time: Caroline understands being a busy Mom is so hard to do your weekly shop, workout, cook, look after kids, go to work, wash the clothes – it is never ending. All her meals are super quick, family orientated, her workouts are concise, the lives are 30 mins and ideal to slot into your day. Even the Yoga and Pilates are 15-20 mins, with busy people in mind. Caroline is on hand to support you through it all..
Weekends: This is where most clients struggle, but don’t worry Caroline is here to help guide you on how you can have your takeaway and glass of wine and still achieve results, and she’s been there herself.
Nutritional Confusion: There is so much misleading information out there, with Keto demonising carbs, low calorie diets which gives you a fear of eating etc. but don’t worry Caroline is here to give you the correct nutritional advice to prioritise your health as number one.

Why Caroline?
Caroline has more than likely been in your shoes and speaks from experience, as a busy mom of 3, including busy twin babies.
She knows the real-life struggles and is very empathetic to all situations. Caroline only recently quit her corporate job, so she understands the struggle and the mental drain of a corporate job while trying to maintain your fitness and nutrition.
Caroline has tried every diet you can think of through the years, from meal replacement shakes to slimming clubs, so she knows first-hand, what most of you have been through.
So, improving your relationship with food is her main goal.
